FISH

1.  TUNA OR SKIPJACK SUPPER DISH
1 tin Tuna(or fresh)                                                       ½ pkt cooked noodles
1 tin chicken soup mixed with 425 ml white sauce.       cheese
Arrange in layers.  Grate cheese on top.  Bake in moderate oven.

2.   FISH IN MUSHROOM SAUCE
Slices of filleted fish
1 tin cream of mushroom soup                         1 tablespoon milk
Place fish which is unsalted into buttered pyrex dish.  Pour undiluted mushroom soup over fish.  Rinse can with the milk and pour over fish.  Beke until done 20-30 min, in moderate oven.  A piece of butter improves the flavour.
